I have purchased this design & can not get it to Load with my soft wear. I have a 9x9 frame & a 11x7.9 frame I use Dakota softwear I will not load says to large. I have tried making it smaller but don't know how much I can make it? Help

floy43 This is not commercial design. You need understand this is bonus. You can choose another design. Also you can send request with size and format via Contact Us form.

I thought I downloaded this horse head before but I cannot find it in my files after a crash..... Can you tell me the name of the file so I can better search for it? It says UI exceeded my downloads.

I have this design and love it. I have just been asked to put this on a jacket, left chest. I see it is offered in just one size. Can I possibly pay for it to be done in a smaller size, suitable for left chest?

Sorry, this is not possible for this design, You can resize youself with free embroidery software. (example My Editor) ..Our recomendation-10-25%

Here is how it looks after I've changed a few thread colors. But I would like the entire "body" of the horse to be filled in with gold thread, to be stitched on my black jacket. In the image I purchased, it showed the entire body as golden. Thanks for any help you may be able to give. Teri

It is only this file I have problems with: Horse heart (horshe.pes) I have a Brother V7 and every other file is working. I have never had problems with files befor. I use pes file on my brother V7 but I have try pec also. Nothing seams to work. Is it somthing wrong with the file? The other files are working. Best regrets from Anne

Answer to AnneRuud: We have sent you an e-mail file. Perhaps this is a boot error. We also sent the DST format. This is a universal format. It is understood by all embroidery machines.
