Hello, could you please tell me how to get the free download link for My Editor? I'm new to embroidery so maybe I overlooked something on your website. When I purchase designs will there be a way to access them in case of a computer problem?Thank You,

I don’t have embroidery software and I have a Mac. Does the software work on a Mac? If not what can I do? I need the actual size drawing off 2 files in the largest size so I can get accurate placement on a jacket.

Answer to aimsie: Please try Wilcom Truesizer. This software have option for MAC.

Hallo, habe am 22.3.2020 das oben genannte embroidery designs downloaded in XXX. Leider zeigt meine Maschine bei diesem Stickmuster immer an, das die Datei zerstört bzw. nicht erkennbar ist. Alle andere Dateien welche ich auch in XXX heruntergeladen habe, funktionieren sehr gut. Könnt ihr mir dabei helfen? Habe hierfür einen Preis von 1.95$ gezahlt und möchte es auch haben bzw, einen Ersatz. Danke für eure Mühe. Lieben Gruß von Anita (Potti)

Yesterday I upgraded to Windows 10. I copied all of my embroidery files to a disk. I checked it twice to make sure everything was there. Today I tried to install my files back on computer and my files from you are all gone. Not there at all. Would it be possible to download them again. I am just sick over this because files from some of the other companies I buy from are missing as well. I would greatly appreciate your help with this. Thank you, Linda Helmer
