Please help me or explain to me how is it that when i download the design to Bernina Art the colours open all mixed up in design, the hair are green etcAm i doing something wrong? Thanx

This is a standard situation. Each embroidery machine uses its own color set. universal no. Therefore, color tables are created that can be printed or viewed on a computer or tablet.Just need choose color charts formats in Order Download page.
