I have just purchased some designs and they are in the wrong format as I have a new machine I now need pres files can it be changed thank you. Robyn

Answer to Lillyrose828 : Do not worry . At any time, you can change the format and download designs in a new format. This is easy to do in order history. How to do this can be read here https://embroideres.com/support#8829

I have just downloaded one of your beautiful free cross embroideries. I am just stitching it our on my single head embroidery machine now, and it looks beautiful! I have a design that I need digitized in beautiful stitching, like the one I have downloaded. It is a copyright design for work that I have to do for the Church here in Australia where I live. I wonder if you would digitize it for me? I can send the PDF graphic for you to see?
It will be stitched out in gold metallic thread. I would need it in two sizes and as a DST file. I look forward to hearing from you! :)
