recieved notice i can download 33 free designs.i believe because of my last purchase. The 20 that i picked won't download. please help. Thank you.

How come I can't find any design that fit my sewing machine, I have a Brother SE400 and most of you designs does not fit with it. Can't you have different sizes for different machines.I downloaded two designs in April and I can't use them. It's not the price the problem, you have nice ones but always to big, no possiblity to get smaller ones.
