i there,I have bought lots of your designs and never had a problem. I recently purchased the batman (1) - It states that it comes in 2 sizes but I only seem to have the larger version and I would need it to be smaller than 5x7 in order to fit in my machine. Would you be able to send me the smaller version... Thank you very much in advance.

hello i ordered the superman and batman logo but the size i picked was to big i have a 4x4 inch loop and i can re size the file correctly can you send me the smaller file. thank you and sorry.

I ordered this also, and thought it fit the 4 x4 hoop. Can you send the smallersize, or exchange for another design??

I purchased an embroidery. my print order No. 208933. I haven't received my downloaded design yet. Can I have a time table to help me understand how long until I will be able to download it?
