I just purchased the Corgi embroidery design and i can't open it. It is downloading to Word. How do i go about going to a zip file so that i can unzip and store in my file to download to my embroidery machine. Please get back to me with some help, i would greatly appreciate it.

Machine embroidery designs have a format that only specialized software can read and open. By default, no operating system has these programs. Therefore, when you try to open the downloaded file, your operating system chooses any of the set of programs that you have installed.Machine embroidery software is available free of charge. If you are a beginner lover of machine embroidery we recommend using the free My Editor program.
