I am trying to get a download of the order I place in July 2017… Looking at the messages you can see that I ordered the rabbit that says JACKS… it is very blurry and I can not use it…it is suppose to be 2" x 3" in size…Is it possible for you to send me a new down load that is not blurry?

Good morning.I wish to thank you for the designs that was sent to me on my @gmail address. I need your assistance though. I am unable to open .art files as my program use .pes files. Is there any possibility that you can assist me to open the .art files. Your prompt response to my email will be highly appreciated.

Answer to JodiH : To open ART formats, you can use a free program by Wilcom TrueSizer.

Last night I placed an order for an embroidery design. I am very new to this ordering and embroidery business and did not look closely or understand there were different types of files. I guess I accidentally ordered these as an art file. I have a Bernina 750. I guess it only works with the pes file. I was wondering if I could exchange this download for the pes file instead of the art file. ? Thank you very much. I am very excited to try this embroidery design and if this goes smoothly will enjoy ordering from you again.
