I accidently delete my Mickey Mouse designs that I ordered apx 6 months ago and I can not find my designs on my order history. Is there any way I can get them back?

I recently bought the above patch designs and have tried numerous ways of trying to get them to load onto my Bernina embroidery machine. After no success at getting the machine to recognise the files, Bernina support suggested that the files might be corrupted or may have an excessive number of objects.If there are no problems with the files, please can you send them to me in another format eg .EXP.

Gertrude: We sent your ordered designs in attach via e-mail.We have replaced the format with EXP. In the future, if you need to replace or add a new format, you can easily do it yourself. This is done in the order history. Detailed instructions here https://embroideres.com/support#8829
