I purchased two designs this evening from yourselves (order number #178023). "Circus Elephant", and "Cheshire Cat". The download of Cheshire Cat is great, and I have no problems. However, Circus Elephant - there was 4 downloads, and none of them are 4 x 4, which is what I require for my embroidery machine. It stated on the site that it did fit, although it does not, and will not read it. I am disappointed as I had paid for this item. I would appreciate your help in this matter as soon as possible.
