to whom it may concern I am still having big problems with getting on to your site, even if I do manage to get on to your site it doesn't open any embroidery designs and also why did a totally different site reply to my query? photos attach of the screens I get
- bad gateway
- taking to long to get onto the site
- PayPal not working ( says the money amount does not add up the inventory in the cart )

your site is shit you need to find new web technician and get someone that actually knows what they are doing. I am not the only one who is having trouble opening your site I have had a fellow embroiderer try and get on and she can't even get on

Answer to Wilmiejvv: Please click Order History in top menu. After that choose order number and click button Download. In order download page click button Download. After that save archive file with embroidery design to your hdd or flash card.
