Lovely digital pattern! So cute! I embroidered the Cocker Spaniel puppy for my niece cause she is crazy about dogs. Worked ideally with Brother 1600 machine. Pretty backpack turned out for my darling! Thank you

I have downloaded my first purchase on my ipad but found I cannot transfer it to my PED-Basic memory card. I then tried to download it again on my desktop but it would not let me download again. I should have access to my purchases and this should not be a one time download. What if my files got corrupted. Can you please fix this??

We do not recommend using iPhones or iPads to upload machine embroidery files. These systems are well protected and do not know about such formats. They may incorrectly write them down.There are no restrictions on loading your orders. You can repeatedly upload designs. Including new formats.

Turned out perfectly well. Stitched the spaniel for my younger sister. They had a spaniel and he lived a long happy life in her family. It was a great member of their family. He set off to the sky that year. They all missed him sooo much! I and my husband we presented them a puppy recently and I've also sewed a pillow for the pet using the digital pattern. My darlings! They were so happy to see that small fluffy baby! Thank you for such wonderful embroidery designs! My favorite shop!
