Firstly, I would like to thank you, your designs are great and the pricing is very reasonable.. I would like to ask something about my bonus and free designs. Apparently I have 43,21 bonus but I could not find out how to use it. Is there a promo code or something? Or are we using it when we are checking out?? There is also a message saying that I have 13 free designs, are there from your free designs catalog or any design I choose and how can I get my free designs??Thank you very much in advance.

Thank you for your good words about our work. You can use your reward points and download free designs from this category https://embroideres.com/embroidery-catalog/free-embroidery-designs/. Just add them to the basket and go and go the standard way. at the end of the process you will be able to load them into the order history.

Just write to us the size you need. If it’s real, we will do it for free. There are problems if you want a very small size.
