These Cats designs were my mother-in-law's favorite. I only used a couple of the designs, but they are a beautiful addition to my memory quilt.

The machine being used is the Brother Disney Model ULT 2003D. The downloaded Pes file appears on the PC ok, but the image does not appear once the floppy disk containing the file is inserted into the embroidery machine. Please resend the file in a smaller size if possible so that I can try it again.

We sent you a smaller design size. When buying, you can check the size of the design on the product page or select your type of machine in the account. Having chosen your type of embroidery machine, you will always see compatible sizes.

Being a new user of embroidery machine, wuld you help me to know how to charge the models-under which format and how to use it on the machine.
On any usb key?
Will the model and format be automatically recognised by the machine?
Will i have to unzip the files before using it on my machine?

2. We deliver only files. USB media you buy yourself.
3. Yes, after selecting a model, the format will be selected automatically. Additionally and independently, you can change the format directly in the order history. How to do this can be read here. https://embroideres.com/support#8829
You also need to check the size of the designs. So that the size of the design does not exceed the maximum size of your hoops.
4. Yes, you must unzip the files before sending them to your embroidery machine. You can also download unzipped files in the order history. If this is a problem for you, let us know. We will email you the designs you ordered.
