I bought other design from stars wars selection to go with this great freebie for my grandsons pe bag I'm making him. I have downloaded all designs onto usa stick no problem, only to find my brother 750e isn't seeing design of this so I can't stitch it out, what can I do please anyone. Grandson is autistic and has actually chosen this design with me to make his bag so desparate to get it stitched now????. It's hoopsize I think I may need it to be smaller??. Any ideas anyone please help?

do not use any usb larger than a 4gb even if you only had 1 design on anything larger than a 4 gb flashdrive it will not work

This is a great design. My father loved so much the mask I made him with this design, he requested 5 more for his friends.

I was going to put this on a t shirt for my son. I always try new designs out on cheap fabric first so no nasty surprises on precious items. Glad I did as this was fine until last colour change which totally missed the rest of the design. Tried downloading again and on next attempt a different part of the design was out of sync. Tried a third time still did not stitch in sync on all colour changes. Gave up as a waste of time and deleted design. Such a shame.
