In the detailed description of the formats for each design, the details shows that for Bernina machines, the format includes ART and EXP. The downloads sent only include ART. As my Bernina machine requires EXP, please explain how I get the file in that EXP format. Thank you!

We add to your account EXP format. Also we attach and sent via e-mail ordered designs. You can choose any format. Most of BERNINA new machines use the new EXP format.
