Hello, I am very new at this and I just made my first purchase of a design... Well I purchased it in the wrong format. I purchased it in PEC and I need PES. Is there anyway, I can get it again sent to me in the correct format? thank you so much.. I look forward to many more visits to your site.thank you

Do not worry. We do not limit the number of formats. At any time (for example, you bought a new embroidery machine), you can add a new format using the new designs already. More information here.https://embroideres.com/support#8829

I order the 6 paw patrol designs I cant open them, I have a Janome 350e jef hoop size b 5-7 the one I got is jef+ and can not open them can you help meregard marge
