answer to Rubyk88: We have sent your order by email. Sometimes orders are processed a little slower. But the status of the order changes ostensibly after 3-5 minutes. Just reload the page.

I am able to save the design on my computer, however, I am still unable to pull it on my embroidery machine. Are there any other suggestions you might have?

First you need to unzip the file. This should be done with the built-in tools of Windows or Mac.The method of loading designs into an embroidery machine depends on the type of embroidery machine. It is best to read this in the instructions for your embroidery machine.
