I purchased the Toy Story charts and I need to know what brand of thread they are using for the charts, I don't recognize some of the color numbers.

By default, we use the Robison-Anton color chart. You can see additional color tables on the product page - the button Color chart..If you need a special color chart, give us your brand.

Hi, I purchased a design for Forky on Saturday but unfortunately used the incorrect email address to register. I used a bigpond address incorrectly but it needs to go to the gmail email as I don't have a bigpond email by that name.Please is it possible for you to resend to the correct address for me. I need to embroider this design asap as I have a very eager 4 year old waiting.
