How do I download free designs. I went to the design (angry bee) but no box or place to indicate I wanted to download it. Please advise how to do this. Thank you very much for this cute design.

I downloaded rainbow cats but when I try to open it says its larger than hoop size, is there a smaller size, the hoop size I have is 7.9 x 11.0, I really like this design.thank you
