Specify your maximum hoop size. Be sure to match the minimum design dimensions with the size of your hoops. This is one of the important limitations of embroidery machines.
We are waiting for information from you to help you. Please send it via Contact Us form.

Hi me again, I’ve tried all ways to download these files, now I’m getting amessage on screen that thepages are blank. My computer also says it’s having trouble as they may be old files. I’ve spoken to Brother who say my machine needs 4”x4” size design. I’m really sorry to be such a nuisance , however I really want this design for a little girll’s Easter Gift, a Posh Pinny. Hope you can help and I won’t need to trouble you again.
Yours in hope.

I downloaded your file "Bunny" for Janome. W hen I go to open it, I am getting a message that it is too big for my largest hoop. RE 20A. Is there away you can reduce it down to fit in my hoop or will that change very thing? I love the saying and would like to use it if possible.
Thank you for your time.

Hi, need some help please. We ordered a bundle of patterns on PO 190884 but when loading them into the machine, the message "pattern to large for the embroidery frame" appears against several. Would greatly appreciate your advice on how to solve this or how to select correct sizes in the future. The machine is a Brother Innov-is M240ED.

Do not worry. Usually problems are related to the size of the hoop. The format you selected is correct. What is the maximum hoop size for your embroidery machine?
