I downloaded, *.ART files. When I open this file in Bernina V8 software the colors are all 'Wilcom' brand and wrong. I've been told that I should download these as *.PES to get the proper color conversion. I've tried to download my order as *.PES but that's not happening. I know my machine can't use PES.Do you have any suggestions for how to convert the threads in this design to Isacord from Robison-Anton, other than one by one, picking close matches?

Each machine and software uses its own color chart. It is not possible to predict which car the user will have. Therefore, a color table in the graphic file is attached to each project.You download it? You must be logged in to leave a reply. Login »
