I sent another em but not sure if it went to the right place so I\'m trying here. I bought a design that is too large for my machine. I measured the hoop and it was 5 x 7 so I thought I could use that size patterns. Apparently I can only use up to 4 x4. After checking on line people say that some places can fix the pattern to fit? Can you? Please help.

Thank you for everything you did. But I have to apologize. I was wrong about your pattern. I have been very frustrated trying to get this to work. I have a new machine, and had issues. But finally solved and your pattern is perfect just as you said. So once again I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Jean

Can you help me I download this design finally stitched it out on a hat and it is sooooo dense it ruined my hat my bad I didn\'t do a test is it possible that you have a design that has about 1/2 the amount of stitches
