I placed a order with you guys and cant get some of my designs to download to my machine. I download the files to a computer save them to a usb stick and plug the usb stick into my machine but the designs aren't there! I have a brother se625 machine

Every free design I have tried to download will not download it says up something went wrong. I've told you about this before never received a comment back from you nor is the situation fixed.

jfidler: This is the first time we hear about problems with loading designs. Specify which design and format you downloaded? What software or embroidery machine do you use?Which device do you use to boot? Try to use a standard computer.
