I have ordered a free design from you three times now. I still cannot download the design. You previously said that it was unavailable at that time. Will it ever be available again? I have a perfect placement for it and therefore would appreciate the design.

Yes of course. You can download your projects without limits at any time. If you change the computer or lose your designs, you can go back and download the designs again. When changing the type of embroidery machine, you can download a different format. All this for free.

This design have minimum size 5 x 7. What embroidery machine you have? Hoop size?
