i'm a little frog free embroidery design

I am having issues with opening the files I've ordered, one it opens into Microsoft office it just comes up as a a series of numbers and shapes. I was just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue and how to rectify it?

These are machine embroidery files. You can’t open them in any of the Microsoft Office Offices. If you want to view these files you can use the free program My Editor. Download it here. https://www.wingssystems.com/index.php/products/myeditor/
In order to use machine embroidery designs you do not need to open them. You can immediately send them to the embroidery machine or write to the USB stick(which you connect to your embroidery machine)
