I purchased a file that came in 3 different sizes that are all too big for my needs. Can you resize to a smaller size or is what you see what you get?

Specify what size you need. Consider the basic minimum size. The maximum decrease of + - 25% of the original size. If more of this is possible the loss of part of the project elements.

Hello and good morning from Germany, I ordered a minute ago, see below please. I am stitching with jef with my Janome 550e. I can only stitch in formate jef. Below I am seeing that some design are only in PES, I was just checking very quickly. Is that correct. If so and some of my ordered designs are only in PES, please send me those in jef, please.
