i have a new bernina 790- plus and it is not reading the ART format. could I please reorder in PES format? I used to own a brother machine and used the PES format. my new machine will read that, as well, I just thought this new machine would use the ART for bernina, too-----it does not. thanks so much!

Your embroidery machine uses the EXP format. But at your request, we added both formats. You can also delete or add additional file formats yourself. More info here https://embroideres.com/support#8829
