I have a Bernina 830 which reads exp files. when I looked at the design I wanted to order, it said, Bernina, ART, exp. but when I actually ordered the design, it only came in ART and I cannot seem to use it. Help?

All newest Bernina embroidery machines used EXP format. You can choose new format in Order History.

I put this on a onesie for a baby girl. It came out so cute. I would definitely use this design again

I saw this design on your website, and I absolutely love it! Is there any way to make this in a 4x4 hoop, or if can have permission for someone else to digitize it for me in a 4x4? Please let me know.Thank you!
