I was trying to pay for and down load a design and got message that i already had paid for it. I found email for order 191711I did not down load it because i had order this on April 1st # 190698. how ever i order it to be ART and found that didnot work for me . I need to make it a pdf file. So I didnot down load the 191711 order can you help me to get this right.

No worries. What embroidery machine you have? Some Bernina embroidery machines used EXP format.
