I have been having trouble working with files I downloaded and I believe I am missing the .edr files. How do I obtain them? Do I need to purchase them separately?

This file format is needed for proper color rendering. It works only in the program Embird.
If you have not downloaded them, you can open the Order History and download them. How to change the set of formats you can read here https://embroideres.com/support#8829

Love when the stitch width is adequate. I added the words at my granddaughter's request. She is in love with it. It came out lovely!
