I clicked on the video tutorial and there was no volume. I paid for the designs and now I wanted to download them and I'm having trouble doing that. Also where do the designs go?

I purchased an order twice because it didn't go through, the first time. Then I tried another card and it did, but it did not cancel the other transaction. Can I at least get a credit for the $2.19 because I'm sure I will order more?Thanks

Love the design. It stitched out great and looks great on bath towels I made for my kids. They loved it!
