I am trying to download a free Harley Davidson embroidery I bought a design I don\'t really want and paid thinking I had to buy something to get the free logo? Am I doing something wrong? This is my second purchase why cant I download the free logo?

Well, I've purchased the line of Harley Davidson logos that you carry. I was looking at your website and the one that I am needing to resize just so happens to be the one that is offered FREE as the buy two and get this one freeso that being said I guess I'm out of luck. I was willing to pay to buy the logo at the new size/s, but you stated "free not possible". I'm sorry to hear that, but thanks for all your kind help.

I have a Brother SE-400 and it came up as 3 different colors so I just used black, white, black and it worked.

I have purchased designs from you many times and they are all wonderful. But yesterday I purchased a design that is not stitching out as it looks. Here is my order with the info.The stitches are absolutely beautiful, but if you look, it is off center of the black background. Thicker over the "OR" than the "MO" and hardly any black showing on the "Harley" end of the design. Like I said, the stitches are perfect, it is just off center. I have stitched it out 2 times and while it looks perfect on the embroidery software screen, it stitches out like this. Can you fix this as I love the design?
This is how it looks in the software................PERFECT, but it stitches like the above picture. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

This design was made over 20 years ago. Unfortunately, today this software does not work in Windows 10. And there is no way to edit this design. We apologize.
