Explore a Variety of Colors for Embroidery Designs
If need a Color Chart for another type of embroidery threads, please write a ticket to our Support. Go to Account > Tickets or simply select it from the at the top of the page.
Type in your Subject – “I need another Color Chart”. Select your order. In the Message field, state the name of the embroidery design. If there is more than one, write the names of all the designs for which you need new Color Charts. Don’t forget to specify what thread you are going to use (here’s the list of threads we currently support). Submit your ticket. You’ll receive new Color Chart(s) shortly after.
