If you did not select an embroidery machine type when registering, first time when you open order history, you can't see links to designs.
If the order is paid or they are free machine embroidery designs, there are two reasons for which there are no links to download.
1. You did not choose your embroidery machine. How to specify your type of your embroidery machine is what you can read here.
2. There are no compatible files for your machine type or hoop format. How to check the size of the design before buying, you can read here.
