I paid via an eCheck. Why can’t I download my order?
The eChecks are considered the safest way of conducting a payment online. But, because of the security measures, it takes a bit longer to the payment to come through. 3–5 business days are usually enough, though it can take up to 6 business days in Netherlands, up to 7 in the UK, up to 8 in Canada, and you may have to wait even 10 business days if you live in France.
Brief information about how an eCheck works. Since it is basically an electronic version of a good old paper check, and work almost exactly the same way. You see a product you like in our shop and “write” us a check, using of one of the electronic devices. It goes through the Payment Gateway (in our case, PayPal) and is processed through the ACH network. Our bank deposits your check and waits until it will be cleared by your bank. Your bank validates it and withdraws the money from your checking account.
The bad news is, we cannot “ship” your order until the money shows in our checking account (note the Payment Status in the upper right corner):
