Good afternoon, I ordered your "howling wolf" design on June 15, 2019 and when I first ordered it was wonderful but lately when I try to use the design it has spots that aren't showing fully even if I don't adjust the size. I've tried a few different programs and they ALL show the design looking full but when I put it in my Brother Innov-is xv8550D Dream Machine 2 it looks full when I pull up the design but once I set it it goes back to not looking full and it doesn't sew full either. Is there anyway to fix this? Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
