We purchased two valentine designs and paid for them with paypal using an ipad. Also selected a free design. Couldn't download on ipad.We then went to a chromebook to download them, intending to put them on a USB memory stick. Couldn't do it.
Please tell us how to pull up and download these designs.

Unfortunately, I have no experience with Chromebook. I think your problem arose because you had to unzip the downloaded file.We have sent your designs in standard form, not zipped by email
Just download them, save them to your hard drive, and then transfer them to the USB media.
iOS can block the download of files she does not understand. This is the standard form of protection.
