Is this a licensed design? Can I make items to sell on sites like Etsy and at craft shows? I know that Most embroidery designs are for personal use only.

No. You can sell embroidered items with this design on Etsy or eBay without problem.

I have downloaded and checked all of the patterns I purchased. Four patterns are not downloading properly. The show they downloaded but when I connect to my machine no picture appears so I cannot proceed to use it. Shows how much space is used of memory but there is no pattern.
All the other patterns I purchase work fine. So it is not my computer, internet, or my machine since only 4 do not work.
I have a Brother LB-6800 machine. Have always used pes files. My paperwork also says it can use .dst files but I never have used them. It also says dst files will not display a picture but it will display part of the name of the file.
.pes files are supposed to show a picture.
These are the 4 that are not loading properly:
Heff2.pes
Heff1.pes
harry5.pes (and all the harry5s)
sly1.pes (and all the sly1s) Any help would be appreciated.
