i have downloaded these 2 designs from 1 my purchases 2 from your email 3 from your order history to no avail my computor tells me there is no file to open . i would like to deal with your site but the effort is to much when i have been using embroidery sites for 14 years with out this problem regards

let us know more information. This is very strange. How are you trying to open the file? What kind of embroidery machine are you using?Attention. Save the files from the letter, first on your computer's hard drive. And only then move it to the embroidery machine. Also, if you have an embroidery machine from the Brothers
