When I pick a designs for my 4x4 Babylock hoop. What size do I pick? I can’t open on a zip. I need PES. I see on your web site I don’t have these to pick. This is a web sit hard to buy from. What can I do?

On each product page you can see all available sizes. Be sure to make sure your size is listed.All formats are available on the order history page. There you can always choose the format you need, and if it is necessary to change it.
You can download all the files at once as an archive. There you can download, all designs separately, without an archive.
If you have problems when unpacking the archive, write to us. We will email you all purchased designs in the usual way.
