I have tried to download my order and I am not being successful. I tried downloading the entire order as a zip file and I tried downloading an individual file. Neither worked. Help!

To download each file separately, you need to click on each link. This takes a lot of time. We sent your order as one archive by email.

Скажите пожалуйста сможете ли вы уменьшить размер следующих embroidery designs: Curious chicken 2, Little princess with small dog, cinderella embroidery design 2, Little duck with a frog , Paris happy dream,pure friendship, girl with lapdog, tinkerbell look. Спасибо.

Уменьшить то можно, вопрос что в итоге из этого выйдет. Даже при работе с оригинальным файлом, можно получить совершенно другой результат. Многие маленькие элементы просто исчезнут Эффекты потеряют свою художественную составляющую.

I am trying to down load a design by test 5 it is an applique of a cat called Julia i would very much like to require this design along with instructions in a pes file but try as i may i cannot down load it can you please advise Kind Regards
