My account showed that it didn’t go they the first time and i tried again and it went thru. But now it’s charged me twice for the same designs. How do I go about getting a refund. The website said there was a payment error and to resubmit so I did. Best Regards,

WOW, instant download, received it within minutes. I stitched it out this morning and it stitched out PERFECTLY, so nice, clean and smooth stitches. Would recommend and will be back for more designs. Thanks so much
