Greetings from South Africa,I am very new to the machine embroidery world and have recently purchased the new Bernina 535 sewing/embroidery machine. Currently working on ARTLINK Version 8.
I have just 4 designs and followed the download instruction. When I opened the designs in ARTLINK the designs are in a totally different colour to the picture.
I notice the thread make/brand on the designs is colour coded from the Robison-Anton Rayon colour chart. I am working with Mettler Poly Sheen which has a totally different colour pallet. Please can you advise and assist me as to how to get the correct colours for the designs.Is there perhaps a conversion colour chart available.

No problem to sell the color chart to the palette you need. Please let us know which designs need a different palette.

I cant view, open, or import this fille. I'm using Brother PE-10 embroidery software All other DLs in this order are OK DL'd it several times, as PDF and as separate pes file. Got any ideas?

Brother company has a large number of versions of formats. Sometimes it creates problems. It is best to choose a universal format DSTWe re-saved these files and sent them to you by email.

I have purchase at least 100 designs from embroideres.com. They are as beautiful as they are in the pictures and well digitized. I have never had a problem. That's why I keep coming back.When customer work is posted on Facebook it always gives me inspiration. Igor is quick to respond to your questions and very knowledgeable. The embroidery tips he posts are awesome.
