My machine is an Elna which uses the Jef format The designs i purchased yesterday were sent in another format which my machine does not work with as i do not have software for it Please send me my 2 designs in the jef format which is standard for the elna machineKind regards

Do not worry. You can always place a format in the order history. We sent your ordered designs in the JEF format by e-mail.

The heading on my Home screen says I can download 37 FREE downloads, but when i add some to my cart, it give me a monetary value? Please confirm.
