I placed an order last night and paid thru PayPal. It said it did. It process and printed me to try again. I did and it went thru. Not I’ve paid $16.98 t ice on order 209115 and 209116 for the same thing. It’s hit my back. Just want to make sure you are going to revere the one charge

I have an older machine, Bernina Artista 200. I bought a design for ART (version 2 and 3). I can't get it to load on my machine. Is my machine not capable of these versions? Thanks for any help you can give me. The design is just so darn cute but I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to use it.

These restrictions apply to the use of software. For embroidery loading into the embroidery machine this does not matter. Do you use ArtLink to download designs? Which version? You must be logged in to leave a reply. Login »
