how can I ensure the format I need. I have a Bernina 830 that uses EXP format. Where do I choose this on my order. I mistakenly ordered ART format a few days ago but it will not work. Thanks.

I am making a sweatshirt for nephew. I wanting to put small embroidery on the left side of the chest. I was planning on buying the T you have on your website. But I notice the orange outline box below the graphic stating I have to get permission or consent from the owner of the copyright. Could you please tell me who I would need to contact to be able to download and use this file to make a sweatshirt for my nephew for Christmas? I do not quite understand how it all works, but I want to make certain I do this the right way.
