this is my first time downloading my purchases-i paid $9.92 do i download all those files ? or will i be charged , i am not sure which one i even ordered, i have been unsuccessful in getting these on a jump drive, i have brother nq3500 and brother se400 can you please assist me with this, ty bobbi taklif

Answer to reggaemom22: No worries, How we can help you? You have manual or experience with these embroidery machines? You download ordered designs? Unzip files and copy flash card. Put this card to USB slot..
