Hi We had this problem before when they kept declining the payment. In then end they accepted it but I don't know what the problem is. It's taken me hours to try to get this done and it's so frustrating as I don't know what the problem is. I have money in Paypal. They took payment out and then refunded it. I called Paypal but they are useless! Can you list the design on ebay so I can purchase through ebay? regards
