I now have an additional embroidery machine (pes) that does not take the same format as my first machine (vp3). I have over 2 dozen design files from you on my computer (horses, butterflies, borders, flowers etc.) but they are all only vp3. I have gone into my download history on your site and none of them are showing. I would like to be able to download the pes format of my designs from you.

I went into my order history and clicked on my recent order. I checked off the box for the file format I needed (DST) and then clicked the download button. I have WinZip 24 on my computer and nothing showed up there. There’s nothing with the order number or the image name in my download folder. Now what do I do?
